Starter: Roasted beetroot and goat cheese salad with walnut dressing
Main: Roasted Leg of lamb with rosemary jus,
Alternative mains: Pan-seared sea bass with lemon butter, or wild mushroom risotto (vegetarian)
Dessert: Golden treacle sponge pudding with vanilla ice cream or lemon posset with shortbread
